As the church, we have a God-given responsibility to our city and community to support families by helping close the gap of education inequity during this pandemic. Our congregation possesses the skills, talents & abilities to do this! We invite you to fill out this form if you would like to join our team of in-person instructors and cleaners for The 415 Study Hall (6th-12th grade) and Fun Day Hall (K-5th) this Fall.
Please fill out the form below with a detailed description of how you would like to serve families in our city and our church.
What we are looking for:
-Technically skilled tutors available to assist 6-12th grade students in remote learning over Zoom or in-person (M-F, 3-5 pm).
-Caring, loving, and gracious instructors with a heart to support families and their children as they navigate remote learning in their home.
What you can expect:
-You will be paired with 1-2 family pods whom you will build relationship with and support their learning.
-Strict COVID-19 prevention procedures according to phased guidelines outlines by the WA Governor.
-Social distancing will be required at all times, with the exception of in-person tutoring.
-You will receive support and assistance from a seasoned teacher. (ie. lesson plans, needed supplies, training etc.)
Are you interested in tutoring via Zoom?
Due to health concerns, some families are not able to participate in in-person tutoring but would still like to have a tutor for their children. Some tutors would like to support learning, and can only do it remotely.

Are you interested in being on the cleaning team?
Volunteers can either tutor or clean. Without our cleaning team, we cannot safely open the building to students. You are essential!
Note: If you have the option to work your regular job remotely, you are welcome to reserve a table in our Study Hall before or after your shift to use the WiFi.
Usual in-person tutoring times are M-F, 3-5:30 pm.
*A deep clean of the building and supplies will take place during this shift.
